Consistency
StandardSometimes we fail to be consistent. Whether it may be with our job, our relationships, or even with our emotions. And it happens to me too. I fail to be consistent with remembering why I start things such as jobs, tasks, etc. But one thing that can help increase consistency is to write why you start new things. Write down what you felt at that moment from all aspects of your life. And whenever you begin to lose sight of why you started, go back and read those things to help you stay consistent!

Focus
StandardWhatever it may be you are trying to achieve, you will need to focus. Break the goal down into smaller goals. Don’t get distracted and don’t let small obstacles fool you into thinking it can’t be done. Imagine you are on a bike going down a steep hill. There is a cliff on either side of you. There are sharp rocks, branches all around you. But, there is a small trail that will lead you all the way down the cliff. If you focus on those things that can derail you from the finish line, then there is a higher chance you will crash into those branches or rocks. But, if you keep your goal insight, which is the road in this case, you will reach the finish line. Therefore, keep your eyes focused on what it is you are trying to achieve rather than getting derailed by the things that can negatively affect you. Never stop doing the things you love the most. Focus and go!!!

Today’s Note
StandardI just finished watching a Ted Talk about what constitutes a good life. And Various researchers since the 1930’s came to the conclusion that have strong happy relationships is the number one thing that allows you to have a good life. It was not money, fame, or working hard. It was deep connections with the ones you love the most. What I took away from this was to appreciate every second you are with your family members, girlfriend or boyfriend or anyone you spend most of your time with. Just Be Happy!! Have a Good Day Everyone!!

No Te Aguites!
StandardIn Mexico, we use the word “aguitar” to mean a mixture of feelings such as sadden, upset, down, embarrassed, anxious etc. this word really has a deep meaning because you can’t really directly translate it to English and If you do you have to mix a lot of words to understand the true meaning of it. What I truly want to say is “¡No Te Aguites!” Don’t worry about when people tell you you can’t reach something or you can’t create a new device or anything! Understand that their thinking is totally different than yours and continue to follow your dreams. Don’t be ashamed of standing out! Embrace yourself and create a new path with your new ideas! And remember “¡No Te Aguites!” Or don’t be ashamed!!

StandardI see my future as the ability to be free from the “normal work environment” I want to build my own ladder rather than go up the corporate ladder that’s already built. I know it’s going to be tough but I’m not going to leave this world without living my life every step of the way rather than work in a mundane office for 50 years and then retire. Not going to happen!! And some people would think I’m crazy but they are so use to that life that they don’t think outside of the box!
